I leave Thailand a week tomorrow. I had to buy my ticket today 😦 I am absolutely devastated, but I am trying to do whatever I can to keep my spirits up and continue enjoying every last minute until I have to go.
So to help ease the process of having to leave the island and this beautiful beach I decided to go for a massage. I love Thai massages and you really can’t go wrong with a 10 USD per hour massage. I plan to get one (or two) every day until I leave.
I was thinking that I hadn’t done cross fit in months and months (besides those quick sessions while I was in Koh Samui last month). I love how quick the workouts are and how powerful I feel afterwards. I feel results and I see results. That’s something that running hasn’t been able to do for me. The one thing that is good about getting back to real life after vacation is getting back into routines. I suppose that’s something to remember too…
